Ama's Day Brunch
A special Mother's Day service featuring brunch menu additions highlighting the caregivers that shaped our lives. Ama meaning ‘mother’ in Nepali, so its only fitting we celebrate Mother’s Day with a special brunch at Ama at the Atlas that honors the people who care for us in all the ways that matter. For the first time we are offering a brunch service, 10:00AM – 3:00 PM. Live music and specials!

Breakfast Egg Plate
Two Over-Easy Eggs, Bacon, Arugula Salad, Breakfast Potatoes, and Sourdough.

Two House Biscuits with Sausage Gravy and Two Over-Easy Eggs.

Two Buttermilk Pancakes with Lemon Butter, Bacon, Breakfast Potatoes, and Maple Syrup.

Poached Egg, Creole Butter Shrimp, and Pickled Green Tomato.
Lemon Chicken Salad
Mixed Greens, Sun-Dried Tomato Sofrito, Queso Fresco, Sumac Onion, Bacon, Hard-Boiled Egg, and Crispy Onion.
Brunch Burger
6 Oz. Beef Patty, Fontina, Chili Honey Aioli, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and an Over-Easy Egg on Brioche. Served with French Fries.
Avocado Tartine
Sourdough, Avocado, Tomato, Sunflower Seed Dukkah, Pickled Shallot, and Urfa Chile Flakes.
Nutella Toast
Sourdough, Nutella, Spiced Toasted Hazelnuts, Strawberries, and Maldon Salt.

Named in honor of her grandmother, Sheila Agnes Johnson, SAJ Gin is an aromatic spirit with a smooth, floral, and creamy profile.
